How did you get involved in lumberjack sports?
I am one of the few athletes who did not get their start in a collegiate program or a TIMBERSPORTS family. I purchased my first competition axe in 2015 and began competing in 2016 at local competitions. I immediately fell in love with the sport and have been trying to improve ever since.

A combination of weight and event training. The balance varies based on the time of year.

Utilize every opportunity to train with professionals to build a strong foundation. Bad habits are hard to break.
