In addition to its charging capabilities, the AP Adapter may be used to power AP Series products with an onboard battery slot when paired with the AP Battery Bag with Connecting Cord and necessary AP battery. This allows users to shift the weight of the battery to their hip or back, depending on whether they are using a battery belt or an AP Battery Backpack.

The AP Battery Bag with Connecting Cord is uniquely designed to alleviate the added weight a battery brings to its tool by allowing the user to carry the battery in the bag and connect to the tool via the connecting cord.
