I got started in 1996. 2011 was my first year of STS.
How do you train for the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS Series and other lumberjack competitions?
I spend 3 to 4 nights a week lifting weights and 2 nights per week chopping.

Any powerlifter or world strongest man competitor - rumor has it that Phil Pfister has put in a hit or two when he and Arden were training in an old school in Charleston, WV
