Welcome to the 32nd season of the STIHL® TIMBERSPORTS® Series! This past year was a massive success and we have no intention of slowing down. 2017 is already shaping up to be another great year.
In an effort to balance the pools, we will be hosting either four or five regional qualifiers pools. We will take a total of 40 athletes, as in recent years. The Championship event will host 20 total athletes.

The Championship will consist of 20 athletes separated into two pools of 10. Four athletes will move on into the Final Round for a Final pool of eight. We will also be returning to the relay competitions at the Championship venue. The U.S. Championship event is currently scheduled for a three-day competition from July 28 to 30 in Milwaukee, WI.
Applicants will be ranked, and then divided up per region based on ranking and home location. This will be done in order to balance the competitor talent in each region, while attempting to minimize travel for all competitors involved.
